Messaging Policy & SMS Terms

RedZun LLC · Last updated: September 7, 2026

This policy describes how RedZun LLC ("RedZun," "we," "us") and the consumer programs it operates — including Perky Rewards — send and receive text messages (SMS/MMS). It is written for the people we message, for our partners, and for the mobile carriers and registries that oversee business messaging in the United States.

1. Programs covered

Perky Rewards — offer & claim assistant. Conversational text messages that help a consumer claim a featured reward (for example, a Car Care Kit), confirm fulfillment details, and get customer support afterwards. Operated by RedZun LLC. Program website: perky.redzun.com.

2. How people opt in

Every conversation is started by the consumer. On a Perky Rewards landing page the consumer sees the offer, the shipping cost, and the messaging disclosure, then taps a "Tap to Text & Claim" button that opens their own messaging app with a pre-written message (for example, "CLAIM Car Care Kit"). Sending that message from their own phone is the consumer's express consent to receive the conversational replies and a limited number of follow-up messages about that claim. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We never buy lists, cold-message, or message numbers that did not text us first.

The disclosure shown at opt-in reads, in substance: "By tapping the button and sending the text you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Perky Rewards about this offer at the number you text from. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."

3. What we send, and how often

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to the consumer's mobile plan.

4. Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP (or STOP ALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to opt out. We send one confirmation message and no further messages to that number for that program. Reply HELP for a description of the program and how to reach us, or email support@redzun.com. Opt-outs are honored immediately and shared across all campaigns we run.

5. Content standards

6. Data handling

We collect only what the program needs: the phone number the consumer texts from, the messages exchanged, and the details the consumer chooses to share for fulfillment (such as a first name, email address, and ZIP code). We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Carrier notice

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Messages are sent from registered US business numbers.
