This Privacy Policy explains how RedZun LLC ("RedZun," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, take part in a consumer program we operate (such as Perky Rewards), or exchange text messages with us.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: the mobile number you text from, the content of your messages, and details you choose to share to complete an order (for example a first name, email address, and ZIP code).
• Information collected automatically: standard web-server data (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the advertising or session identifiers attached to the link you arrived from) used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and measure our campaigns.
• Order information is collected and processed by the checkout page of the partner that fulfills the reward, under that partner's own privacy policy. We do not receive payment-card details.

2. How we use it

• To run the conversation you started, confirm your details, and deliver the claim link.
• To send a limited number of follow-up messages about that claim, and to provide customer care afterwards.
• To measure and improve our programs, attribute outcomes to the campaigns that produced them, and detect fraud or abuse.
• To comply with law, honor opt-outs, and keep the records that messaging regulations require.

3. Text-messaging data

We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Message content and consent records are shared only with the service providers who deliver messages on our behalf, and only to do that.

4. Sharing

• Service providers that host our systems, deliver messages, and provide the AI assistant, bound by contract to use the data only for us.
• Fulfillment partners — the checkout and shipping partner for the reward you claim receives what it needs to complete your order.
• Legal — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.
• Business transfers — as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Retention

Conversation and consent records are kept for as long as needed to run the program and to meet legal record-keeping obligations for consent and opt-outs, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Your choices and rights

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messages. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@redzun.com; we honor applicable state privacy-law requests and will verify your identity before acting. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls, and secret management — and limit access to the people and systems that need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
