These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, consumer programs, and text-messaging services operated by RedZun LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("RedZun," "we," "us"). By using our sites or starting a conversation with one of our programs you agree to these Terms, to our Messaging Policy & SMS Terms, and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

RedZun is a marketing company. Consumer programs we operate, such as Perky Rewards, are independent promotional programs that feature products and offers from third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer, retailer, auto club, or brand named or depicted in an offer unless we say so expressly.

2. Offers and rewards

Featured rewards are promotional offers, not sweepstakes, lotteries, or guaranteed prizes. To receive a reward you may be required to cover a disclosed, one-time shipping and handling fee and/or complete a qualifying partner offer on the partner's checkout page. Nothing ships and nothing is charged until you complete that step. Availability is limited; offers may change or end without notice. Orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product warranties are handled by the fulfillment partner under its own terms, which are shown at checkout.

3. Text messaging

Text-message programs are governed by the Messaging Policy & SMS Terms, which form part of these Terms. In short: you start the conversation; consent is not a condition of purchase; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

4. Eligibility and acceptable use

Our programs are for residents of the United States who are 18 or older. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, submit false information, or use automated means to access them.

5. Intellectual property

Our sites, program names, logos, and content are owned by RedZun or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Third-party product names and images belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products offered.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedZun disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any third-party offer, product, or checkout. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

7. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

8. Changes and contact
